So, a while back, while we were both pregnant and having one of our many playdates with our kids and our good friend Becky, Angie casually asked if I'd be up for coming to the birth of their baby. Up for it? I was thrilled! While we weren't too sure of how the timing would work out, it was perfect. I think Baby Emmett must have wanted this ;-). He timed his appearance just right so I could tuck my little ones in before heading out to the hospital. What an experience it was! Angie was truly fabulous throughout. Deni was truly entertaining--we're talking making me snort with laughter entertaining. Thanks for facilitating that shining moment for me Deni. And of course, the wonderful midwives at Talbot Creek. I can't say enough good from my own experiences having our children with them. Thank you again for having me witness and capture this wonderful time for you two! Looking forward to our newborn session in this coming week........ |
